Cancellation & Conditions of Booking

All reservations are accepted in good faith. Any alterations to an existing booking may incur a fee. We also reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current booking, should you choose to reduce the length of stay. If on arrival the booking is reduced your original booking still stands, the full tarrif will be charged. If you choose to cancel, this must be done a minimum of 14 days before arrival date or all accommodation may be charged to credit card details supplied or invoiced. If a deposit has been paid this is fully refundable less a 10% administration fee, providing cancellation is 14 days before arrival.



If cancellation is less than 14 days (or there is a no show) the deposit will go towards the full cost of the accommodation. This Policy is approved by the MANZ. Please advise us without delay if you do not agree or have any questions with regard to this policy.
